Young has dedicated more than 25 years to the real estate industry, serving clients and developing top agents across the Baltimore–Washington Metropolitan Area. She has experience as a leader with other notable brokerages in the Mid-Atlantic region, and today focuses on guiding a diverse clientele in the purchase and sale of homes across Maryland and Pennsylvania.
